Professionally, I have worked in the field of HR for eight years. This experience with various organizations includes administrative, staffing, sourcing & recruiting roles. I am a wife, mother and proud Howard University alumni who loves all things social media (SM). I'm totallly fascinated to be connected with people worldwide who share similiar interests. Likewise I love finding new, non-traditional ways to recruit and engage candidates through this wonderful medium. I'm constantly sharing what I learn about SM with co-workers, friends and family. There are so many ways we all can use it to our advantage.

I currently reside in Columbus, OH but I have lived everywhere! Because of this, I've been exposed to all kinds of people and as such, I've grown to have a great love for networking & meeting new people. In my downtime, I spend time with my family. My three wonderful children are the source of my inspiration and motivation.
