Kay Mitchell

I was born in Gainesville and grew up on a farm in Archer, a small town with just over a thousand people.

I've lived all my life in North Florida, and it will always be my home. That's why I'm an organizer — I want to protect what makes Alachua County special. We have to fight to make sure everyone has the opportunity to succeed here, regardless of their background or identity.

I'm managing Ken Cornell for Alachua County Commission right now. I've also managed Robert Hutchinson for Alachua County Commission (2012) and worked with candidates for State House, Gainesville City Commission, State Legislature and County Judge.
