Kayode Olayiwola is a seasoned engineering leader, full-stack developer, and startup founder passionate about building innovative products that challenge the status quo.

With deep expertise in designing and scaling secure, high-performance systems, Kayode has led engineering teams across multiple mission-critical projects in both the private and public sectors. He currently serves as Head of Engineering at Prembly Inc, a leading data and security infrastructure company powering digital trust across Africa.

Kayode also leads the engineering team for Nigeria’s “3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT)” initiative, a national skilling program under the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation & Digital Economy. There, he oversees the development of large-scale technology platforms aimed at training and onboarding millions of Nigerians into the global tech workforce.

In addition, Kayode is the Co-founder of Cuoral, an AI-native customer experience platform helping businesses shift from reactive support to proactive, autonomous customer engagement. Cuoral is already working with startups, fintechs, and government-backed programs to revolutionize how support and product teams detect, resolve, and learn from customer issues.
