Kay grew up in Scotland and has a background in personnel and training including a 2 year placement in the USA for The Disney World Corporation. On returning to the UK she spent 12 years as a headhunter specialising in placement of management and partner level personnel for the top 6 accountancy firms, until her move to Mallorca 14 years ago. Since her move Kay has specialised in Property Sales, Rentals and Advertising.
