A Caregiver's Journey
An only child born and raised in the suburbs of New York City (Nj) KAYPRI had an active imagination from day one. When her mother realized this wasn't a phase, she decided to support her daughter's dreams. As a result, Kaypri started taking acting and playwriting classes in middle school and never stopped. She did school plays and delved into her creative writing classes discovering her love for poetry. Her high school poems were the foundation for Babygirl which she conceived while earning her BFA in Drama.
THE GOOD DAUGHTER is about her caregiving journey with her Mom whose autobiography she finished for her 80th birthday. This book is about her Mom's history of working in civil rights beginning in the 50s as a White female. www.dorothystory.com.
