Currently residing in Herndon, Virginia, I am a seasoned realtor, broker, and a certified CCIM at K&M Commercial Real Estate.
My expertise lies in selling and leasing medical and government properties and transactions involving high-tech office facilities in the Northern Virginia region.
Throughout my career, which extends beyond 25 years, I have successfully closed transactions exceeding $940 million. I persistently track market trends to provide my clients with sound advice, ensuring they receive fair market rates for their leases, property investments, and sales.
Before joining K&M Commercial Real Estate, I was an associate commercial broker at Fairfax Realty, Inc. I offered expert counsel and was a broker for financial institutions, corporate landowners, and various investors.
In addition, I have experience as a Senior Project Manager at MCI Telecommunications, where I managed land acquisition transactions, oversaw building design and construction, and coordinated the relocation of data centers across the United States and Europe.
As a Northern Virginia Association of Realtors member, I am Chairman of the Association’s Commercial Alliance. I served as the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Marketing Association (MAREMA) president in 2007 and continue contributing as a board member. I also hold memberships in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Realtors Land Institute, the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors, and the North Carolina Association of Realtors.
I have been honored with the prestigious designation of the Council of Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and currently serve on the board of their Washington DC-Maryland chapter.
I hold a Master of Business Administration from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Radford University. I am licensed to operate in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland.
