I believe that my photographs are an expression of empathy for the vulnerable people who are being hurt and discarded by the rapid development and rationalism of modern society.
Many people numb their hearts in order to survive, and live their lives by silencing the voice that comes from deep within them. They turn a flexible and humane heart into a hard and ruthless heart.
Beauty, weakness, and empathy for others are devalued as useless, useless, and unprofitable.
I am turning my camera on what modern society is trying to discard.

私の写真は、現代社会の急速な発展と合理主義によって傷つけられ、捨てられていく弱い人々への共感の表現であると思います。
多くの人は、生きるために心を麻痺させ、心の奥底から湧き出る声を封印して生きている。柔軟で人間味のある心を、硬く冷酷な心に変えてしまうのです。
美しさ、弱さ、他者への共感は、役に立たない、無駄だ、儲からないと切り捨てられる。
私は、現代社会が捨て去ろうとしているものにカメラを向けている。
