I am an IT Administrator since the year 2009. I am in charge of network troubleshooting and maintenance, Retail Software Administration, IT Department Strategic work plan amongst other duties. I joined the organization coming from TM Supermarkets where I rose through various capacities from Warehouse Clerk, Trainee Section Manager and Section Manager respectively. I have a diploma in Stores Management and Stock Control, Diploma in Communication and Journalism and I underwent a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) program at the University of Zimbabwe.
