Kim Bagayawa

Toronto, Canada

Kim is a content creator at Firehouse Creative, a Toronto brain-shop devoted to producing punchy and compelling online stories for social-purpose organizations. Firehouse Creative has a soft spot for clients in social business, sustainability and technology - 3 of Kim's passions. She's an advocate for the arts and creative economy and sits on the Business Advisory Committee for Canada's first Centre for Creative Sector Entrepreneurship.

Fun fact: Kim won 3rd place at the 2012 & 2013 Toronto EstDocs film festival for the short travel film, "Kati & Me". Described as a "fun short film on Estonia" by the Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves , she is still doing cartwheels over its unexpected popularity.

AND NOW

Kim is now based in Berlin where she is exploring the vibrant start-up scene and working on Coffee Abroad, with her partner Mike. By accident, the pair created Coffee Abroad, a brand ambassador service that builds successful web video campaigns for eco-travel brands.
