Keith Barrows is a Senior Software Engineer and enterprise modernization specialist who helps organizations stabilize, scale, and evolve mission-critical systems without disrupting operations. He has worked across regulated and high-stakes environments including finance, mortgage technology, healthcare, aerospace, logistics, compliance, and government-adjacent sectors.

Known as a hands-on crossover between engineer and consulting architect, Keith is often brought into complex environments where legacy constraints, delivery pressure, and technical debt have slowed momentum. He quickly maps system realities, reduces risk, and leads pragmatic modernization initiatives using approaches such as incremental decomposition and Strangler Fig migration patterns.
