I am a wife, a mother of 6 children, a homeschool and grade-school mom, and former public school teacher. I am passionate about reading and believe all children can learn. Due to an orthopedic disability that affects my walking, I can no longer teach in a traditional classroom setting. In my little corner of the world, I use my educational background to administer end-of-grade tests for homeschoolers a few months out of the year. I also do achievement testing to determine educational strengths and weaknesses, diagnostic testing for struggling learners, and consultations for moms (and dads) wanting to learn how to help their child with reading, spelling, and handwriting issues.
