Currently, I manage an 11 person behavioral health program including therapists, a psychiatrist, a supervisor, and care coordinators. Previously, I designed a case management program for individuals on probation, developed its referrals and tracking, and support my employees in implementation. I also wrote a $50k and $2.5M grant for probation and completed quarterly and annual reports for grants. Additionally, I work part-time as a therapist in Longmont, CO.
As I continue my career path as a human services manager- I am building my professional experience and skill set, increasing my professional responsibilities, and growing not only professionally but also personally.
