Currently a Project Manager at HCL Technologies, I drive the migration from Shared ServiceNow ITSM to HCL DRYiCE MTaaS SX. My approach involves practical leadership, meticulous project planning, and proactive problem-solving, resulting in tangible improvements and heightened user satisfaction. I've played a pivotal role in enhancing HCL ITSM capabilities through a strategic hybrid migration approach, showcasing adaptability in navigating complex scenarios.

During my tenure at British Telecom, I led diverse teams, implemented cost-efficient measures, and applied advanced technologies for efficient project implementation.

Noteworthy projects include delivering 130 sites in Germany and the US for RANDSTAD and 70 sites in Russia for PEPSICO, both contributing to significant cost reductions and client satisfaction.

At Orange Business Services, I served as a Service Delivery Program Manager, focusing on end-to-end project delivery and introducing process improvements that enhanced efficiency.

As a Network Operations Manager, I orchestrated the integration of Nortel, Cisco, Alcatel, and Italtel into Orange's MPLS backbone, achieving substantial efficiency improvements and latency reductions.

Certified with PMP, Certified SCRUM Master, P3O® Practitioner, PRINCE2® Practitioner, ITIL® Foundation, and CCNA, I bring a robust technical foundation complemented by a Bachelor of Information Technology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
