Dr. Keita Broadwater has built a reputation as a get-it-done leader in the business of technology. He espouses a global mindset, having worked and traveled to 28 countries, lived and worked in China for 3 years, and built a business in East Africa.

Keita enjoys applying data analytics to challenging business problems. He has used such leadership to turn around a $30M business, start and grow new businesses, and to negotiate win-win solution with partners.

Starting out as an engineer, Keita had a dream to use his technical expertise to start a company. He developed technology in fiber optics and test & measurement. When he attempted to form a business around his devices, he encountered obstacles that are familiar to all who develop products. Not having the business skills to consummate his ideas, Keita decided to pursue a business career in the technology industry. Years later, he is a well-rounded practitioner that knows how to get challenging ideas off the ground.
