Teaching students at Palestine High School is my great joy. I have the inherited privelege of teaching in the place where I was taught alongside those who taught me. School is my lifelong passion, career, and hobby. I completed my undergraduate studies in English at Midwestern State University. After teaching in Tucson, AZ for a few years, I returned to my beloved Texas hometown and pursued my M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction at UT Tyler. I am currently completing graduate work in English in an effort to offer dual-credit classes for my students at PHS.
