Kelvin Changur has always been interested in travel. He is grateful everyday to be able to pursue his passion both professionally and personally. He is president and owner of Universal Direct Travel & Tours Inc., which is based in New York.

As both President and CEO, Kelvin holds ultimate authority over the thriving business, thus allowing him to pursue big-picture plans and mold customer strategy as it affects the long term. Yet, as far as day-to-day operations go, Kelvin relegates most duties to his manager based in Richmond Hills, New York.

In the past, his line of work has allowed him to visit many diverse countries, from China to Zimbabwe to Panama. Kelvin Changur also previously traveled the world with a large charity organization which provided much-needed hearing aids to impoverished people in rural and low-income communities. As an advocate for philanthropy, Kelvin takes great pride in giving back to his community in any way he he can.

By taking such pride in giving back, Kelvin is able to spread the notion of altruism throughout communities around the world. If Kelvin is able to influence even one individual to donate or help those less fortunate, he will consider his philanthropic initiatives worth the efforts. Yet, of course, he hopes to inspire many more than merely one man or woman, and he believes he already has done so during both past and present philanthropic efforts. If the world is able to practice such generosity without regard for international boundaries, we would live on a planet of unparalleled kindness and mutual care for another.

More specifically, Kelvin takes a particular interest in victims of domestic violence. Often witnessing the homes they love turn into prisons before their very eyes, they are forced to bear a burden no one deserves. By supporting these victims of misfortune to escape their potentially life-threatening circumstances, Kelvin hopes to provide at least some sort of solace in a time of incredible vulnerability. Be it legal, social, or familial support, these victims need aid more than most, and Kelvin is happy to provide it in whatever way he possibly can.
