If you’re looking for a Process or Process Safety Engineer from oil and gas industry, you’ve found the right man. I have done a project of the highest H2S content in Indonesia, one of the most complex project. My name is Erick.

Since I was a kid, I always wanted to become an engineer, like my father, so I stumbled across the Bandung Institute of Technology, the best engineering school in Indonesia. I was interested with chemical engineering and decided this was the degree for me. During my third year, it was mandatory to do an internship. I happened to do the internship at a Fertilizer Plant in Aceh.

When I graduated, one of my lecturers recommends me to join a consulting company for oil and gas industry. My first project was a safety assessment for gas turbine generator installation. My job is to design, assess, and modify the process and safety of oil and gas facilities.

When I’m not doing my job, you probably can’t find me anywhere because I love to travel around the world, especially my own country, Indonesia. Even to the most remote part of it. Scuba diving, hiking, and even city-walk can bring my sanity to its normal level. I enjoy local culinary and tradition while I travel.
