I obtained my Real Estate license in 2001 after working as a Paralegal in the public and private sector for 18 years. I was a cofounder of the Sequoia Paralegal Association for Tulare County that has been in existence since 1986. I held the President position for more than five years as well as the representative to the California Alliance of Paralegal Associations for more than 10 years. I became the first recipient of the Paralegal of the Year award. I have spent last 25 years in the Visalia area after relocating from the Los Angeles area. I am a member of the Visalia Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, Sequoia Paralegal Association, and California Alliance of Paralegal Associations and served on several committees. I am now a board member for the California Association of Realtors for the year 2011 and 2012. In 2007 I was a Top Producer for Century 21 Jordan-Link & Co. who was the largest real estate company in Tulare County. I also was awarded several years in a row the Ruby award from the corporate office of Century 21.
