On a raining day in March, 2009, I sit on a rocking chair and asked myself a question: “What do you love to do and do it well for life? “. After a string of career including academics (Princeton University), research (Bell Lab, GE Global Research), teaching (Nanotech Center, SUNY Albany), corporate (General Electric) and entrepreneurship (2 high tech start-ups), I could not come up a single coherent answer. That was the moment I decided to start a journey to find my passion (What I love to do) with a purpose (do it well for life).

I decided to make a change: starting Enlighting Coaching & Training and 5 Rock Academy (NPO) at the heart of downtown Princeton to equip, train and mentor passion leaders. As part of a vibrant Ivy League campus community, I have been working to provide guidance, build motivation, shape characters as well as career development to upcoming leaders.
