I grew up in Snyder, Texas until jr high, then spent a year in San Antonio and ended up at Possum Kindgom Lake, TX. I have always loved to hunt, fish, shoot around, and generally love the outdoors. I worked at a Yamaha shop and bartended before i went to college at Baylor University. I tought at the Texas Youth Commission and then got my big break into the telecommunications industry with Dish Network. I have spent many years experiencing different fields of the telecommunications industry. I have always worked in a client facing role. Customer focus and customer satisfaction are always at the top of the list as per priorities. I have worked in different capacities with varying levels of responsibilities.I have worked singularly as a contractor, as well as, a field services manager with 65 techs to run everyday. My unique path through the industry has provided a firm understanding of many different aspects of this field. I continue to learn and experience as much as I can to help me succeed in this ever changing industry.
