Keegan Glade

At just 26, Keegan Glade is a driven entrepreneur making his mark as the Business Manager at Stone Manor on 79th, a family-owned wedding and event venue in downtown Overland Park, Kansas. Keegan also holds the position of pricing analyst at Synergy Flavors, a global leader in the production and supply of flavorings, extracts, and essences, all of which are part of the Carbery Group.

Stone Manor on 79th, a one-of-a-kind venue for weddings and special events, is located in the historic Strang Line Car Barn, which dates back to 1908. The event space, newly renovated in 2023, blends classic charm with modern elegance, featuring natural stone walls, a wood-planked barrel-roof ceiling, and sparkling crystal chandeliers. Since taking on the role of Business Manager earlier this year, Keegan has worked to ensure the venue offers couples a beautiful setting for their most important day. His responsibilities include overseeing accounting, finance, and customer relations, all while ensuring that every event meets the couple's dreams and expectations. Keegan also helped promote the business by attending the WedKC 2024 Spring/Winter trade show in Kansas City, where he and a colleague represented Stone Manor on 79th and connected with industry professionals.

Keegan’s professional journey began in 2021 when he joined Synergy Flavors right out of college as a Business Development GDP Associate. In this role, he worked with the Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to foster strategic business relationships, target new prospects, and drive revenue growth. His efforts played a key role in supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy, which led to the creation of over 12 new business opportunities and more than $15 million in revenue. Keegan’s work helped to enhance Synergy’s business segments, diversify its portfolio, and increase overall profitability, making a lasting impact on the company’s success.

In 2022, Keegan advanced to a new role at Synergy Flavors, continuing his trajectory of success in the business world.
