A national and regional student affairs leader with extensive undergraduate program management consisting of student advising, orientation, leadership, and student involvement. Responsible for the operational aspects of leadership and orientation programs consisting of two Graduate staff and forty Undergraduate student staff overseeing 5,500 undergraduate students. Proven success in promoting a positive environment for student interaction, engineering a spirit of collaboration and innovation within a diverse workforce and student community. My goal is to develop curriculum for undergraduate students on character education, values congruence, building inclusive communities, and understanding the intersection of identity.
