Keelay Moore was born in the District of Columbia but immediately moved to Atlanta GA with her parents John and Yvonne Moore. She was introduced to the entertainment industry at the fresh age of 11, in her first appearance on the big screen in the hit series In the Heat of the Night. She has also appeared in commercials for Adonis productions for hair salon promo and W.O.W Onstage Productions for the stage play “The Lost Son.” Keelay has several years of theater experience, she has performed in supporting roles in WOW’s stage plays “The Lost Son”, and “It’s a Thin Line: Five Wise Five Foolish”, and also played a lead role in Petronia Brown Production “Caught in the Fire” as Sandra. In film she has appeared in the movie “Stomp the Yard” and is currently working on her first web series deriving from her play, “I Need Help.”

Keelay has appeared in music videos for local artists such as Rasheeda, Pastor Troy, Ludacris, and the Grammy Award winning Outkast. At age 18, Keelay ventured into the modeling scene. She performed runway modeling for companies such as Urban Style Production, Beauty in a Blink, Marcus Bling, and the Bronner Bros. She also trained up and coming models to rip the runway using High Fashion Couture and Local Urban walks.
Keelay’s passion is drama and education. She wants to teach drama to at risk kids in metro Atlanta area, to give children an outlet and safe place to study the arts.

Keelay Moore is a writer, director, producer, and educator with over 15 years of experience in storytelling for both stage and screen. Passionate about creating powerful narratives that explore faith, identity, relationships, and human resilience, Moore is known for crafting emotionally grounded stories with layered characters and meaningful themes.

She is the founder Angels in Disguise Productions and Kee Thespian Media and Productions, where she develops and produces original theatrical works and films. Her stage productions include I Need Help, Family Secrets, Where Is the Love, and Finding My Identity, many of which explore real-life struggles within families, relationships, and communities while encouraging reflection, healing, and spiritual growth.

In addition to theater, Moore has produced several film projects including the short films Second Stage, I Can't Read Your Mind, and Long Way Home, as well as the feature film Finding My Identity. Her storytelling often blends drama with spiritual and social themes, creating narratives that resonate deeply with audiences.

Moore is also an accomplished writer currently developing multiple feature films and adapting her novel Finding My Identity into a screenplay. Her creative approach emphasizes authentic character motivation and strong thematic storytelling.

Alongside her work as a storyteller, Moore is a dedicated educator. She holds a Master of Arts in Film and Television from Regent University and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. Certified to teach English Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies, she has spent years teaching drama, Language Arts, and writing, helping students discover their voices through storytelling and performance.

Through her work in theater, film, and education, Keelay Moore continues to create stories that inspire, challenge, and uplift audiences.
