That’s where I learned how consistency, patience, and a little hustle could help us sell our homemade baked foods in a single afternoon.

It was more than just a family business. It taught me a lesson I carry to this day: behind every small brand is someone quietly keeping the wheels turning.

That experience shaped how I approach email systems now that focus on clarity, connection, and long-term trust.

For nearly 9 years, I’ve supported different businesses in many roles. I began in retail, then moved to an architectural firm where I learned precision, structure, and project management.

Even then, I was building side hustles from dropshipping apparel to endorsing real estate all while learning what makes a business grow.

These weren’t just jobs. They were training grounds that shaped how I show up today.

Today, I help Shopify stores use Klaviyo not just to send emails but to build systems that drive sales and deepen customer loyalty.
