I make visions come to life!

I'm a Learning Designer for the HUB for Innovation Teaching and Learning which resides at one of the largest land grant institutions in the country, Michigan State University. I create non-traditional models of learning in the online envrionment as well as support and maintain program development.

My most recent model of non-traditional learning is the MSU Social Work course: Suriviving the Coming Zombie Apocalypse "Catastrophes, Disastors, and Human Behavior. I worked as the lead instructional designer, project manager, and overall producer for this course. I was the "agent of change" for the overal course development..If something needed to happen, I made it work, with my design partner, Christopher Irvin who is the most unbelievable creative director in the world. We both put a lot of energy, love, and soul into this course to make it the best edcuational journey possible for the students. It was named the top online course in the country for higher education. We also won the AT&T Instructional Technology award for the best online class.
