A longtime corporate executive with a focus on building flexible, adaptive, organizational cultures, Kee Meng Yeo serves as Amway’s vice president of global talent development. Originally from Singapore, Mr. Yeo earned his BA in business administration at the National University of Singapore. He completed graduate studies in organizational psychology at Capella University in Minneapolis.

Mr. Yeo’s early experience included a position as the director of Johnson & Johnson’s eUniversity. Over a five-year period, he conceptualized and developed a corporate university spanning more than 10,000 online and in-person training courses. These were accessed by approximately 65,000 people each month. He maintains an active community presence and has served on the board of the Southeast Region Branch of YMCA Grand Rapids for several years.
