My name is Kefase Hlajoane, and I have considered giving up on life or on my goals… maybe a thousand times. (I have felt unappreciated for my efforts, and felt regrets for my mistakes.) But I did not give up. Instead, I have learned how to beat frustration at its own game—in the mind. I have gone on to describe my approach in my books and in seminars to which I have been invited as a guest speaker. It is always a great joy to me to hear someone who was at the brink of quitting tell me about how I have helped them to see their own situation differently.

My background in teaching high school mathematics and physical science, and my experience as a leader, have helped me to make it easy for other people to want to follow the steps I outline.
