I’m a strategic advisor, with real-world experience, turning complex technology into practical, people-led change — helping organisations move from experimentation to real, scalable value. My focus is simple: build confidence, reduce fear, put the right guardrails and accountabilities in place, and connect AI capability to tangible business outcomes.

Over 30+ years across energy, telecommunications, and government, I’ve worked on both sides of the fence — with vendors like Microsoft and Ericsson, and with business executive leaders responsible for the outcome. That dual perspective lets me translate capability into something organisations can actually adopt and trust.

Most recently, I’ve been driving a People + ICT partnership model for embedded AI — shifting the conversation from “turning licences on” to building safe, confident, self-service ways of working.
