Olalekan Kehinde Matthew is the Executive Director of Beryl Trust Foundation a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the viability of the Nigerian economy by investing in the Nation's Youths and Educational system. One of the ways Beryl Trust is doing this is by leveraging the potential of the Nation's youth through its youth empowerment scheme and on the long run alleviating poverty in the Nation. Beryl Trust projects include Initiative for Change (I4C), Youthful and Useful Project and Youth Agro Empowerment Project (YAEP). Kehinde also has partnered with Fela Durotoye on "project raise one million" volunteers for educational tutors for SS 3 Students preparing them for WAEC and NECO.

Originally trained as a Computer Engineer at Covenant University, then as a Database Administrator at NIIT and Oracle University. Mr Olalekan is also an alumnus of WOFBI where he obtained Leadership Diplomatic Certificate Course, a member of Nigerian Institute of Management and a member of Nigerian Coalition for Youth Capacity.

Kehinde is a recipient of several awards including Nigerian Youth Service Corps state award for his community impact project in Volunteer Training, ICT and Youth Empowerment Initiatives through the State TV and radio station CRBC in Cross River State. He was also a nominee to the Ministry of Youth and Development Top 12 Awards and Exhibition in 2009 and 2011. He has participated in several National and International Conference and seminars by Google, Microsoft, Harambe, Nokia State and Federal Government.

Kehinde is an Information and Communication Technology Entrepreneur. He founded KENTECH Animation Studios where He is currently the Chief Operating Officer. He also founded Beryl Agro Allied Company an agro allied research and Development Company involved in empowering Nigerian and African farmers alongside with youths using the power of Information technology to provide Innovative solutions, networking and exposure.
