He run eleven32, a non-governmental organization he founded in 2009 during his undergraduate days at Obafemi Awolowo University with the responsibility of building human capacity in Business, Leadership, Career & Relational Development. in the last three years, Eleven32 has enlightened and equipped 545 post university tertiary matriculation examination students’ seeking admission into Obafemi Awolowo University, empowered over 1000 undergraduate students’ through training, enlightenment, orientation and other collaborative programs. Also re-oriented and equipped secondary school leavers with tested information on the way forward and how to add value to themselves. He is also the convener of Nigerian Students’ Roundtable; the first ever dialogue/advocacy and empowerment conference of Nigerian Students’ (http://nsr.eleven32.org/). Also the convener of the African Business Conference.
As an entrepreneur, he is the chief executive officer of 'IAMKCB Solutions; a company that offer business development support, project management, branding, web design & development, social media marketing & management, proposal packaging and content development, leadership and productivity training and capacity building.
Ogunbiyi Kehinde is a highly sought after transformational speaker at conferences, workshops, seminars, symposiums in Nigeria, West Africa and Beyond. He is an all-round capacity building advocate.
He was one the key feedone project team members who fed,clothed,empowered,and gave medical attention to over 1500 people at a prison,2 villages and 2 orphanage homes in ile-ife on Nov. 14 2012. and 4000 on 21st Dec.2013
Spoke and inspired over 2000 undergraduates in Benin republic at the global entrepreneurship week event on Nov 21st 2012.
