A Canada based strategic investor, Keir Reynolds has more than a decade of experience in venture capital and business building. His passion is working with talented entrepreneurs backing them with capital so they achieve their dreams.

Keir Reynolds incubates, advises, and raises capital for compelling companies and is sector agnostic. He specializes in funding and building exceptional teams to tackle world-changing opportunities. His current sector focus is in the CPG, cannabinoid, mining, and technology sectors.

Previously, he was a co-founding director of the lifestyle CPG brand Ignite with Dan Bilzerian and co-founded LX Ventures (LXV) a uniquely-positioned company that allowed investors of all sizes to gain access to the high growth SaaS technology startup sector.

Since 2006, he has assisted in investing and introducing capital to more than 60 companies that have covered the CPG, IOT, biotechnology, alternative energy, and natural resources sectors. Transactions ranging from Seed through to IPO through to Secondary private placement offerings totaling more than $1 billion.

On average about 1 in 5 companies have seen successful accretive M&A transactions. His track record is unrivaled with each company he's founded or advised: BILZ, AGZ, MZI, RLM, LXV, NES, and E providing hundreds of percent returns in less than 24-month investment horizons.
