KeithDarwin Harrison (KDarwin) is a professional musician, songwriter, producer, GrammyAward Recipient, CEO at KeiSam Productions and a humanitarian. A lifelongresident of Dayton, OH.

In 1977 Keith help form the group, FAZE-O and recorded thehit Riding High on the SHE Recordlabel. His chart-bursting hit, RidingHigh, is still being recorded and sampled by rap artists such as KrissKross, Snoop Dog, Ice Cube, EPMD, Ghost Face Killah, Red Man, Devon The Dude,just to name a few. His music can also be heard in several movie soundtracks.

In 1980, Harrison became a member of Heatwave andperformed and recorded on 2 albums with the group, Candles and HeatwaveCurrent.

In 1982, Keith became a member of the Dazz Band as akeyboardist, vocalist, writer and producer. It was during his years with theDazz Band he received the prestigious Grammy Award. During his tenure with Dazz, he wrote themusical hit “Let It all Blow,” co-producedthe Wild and Free CD and wasresponsible for co- writing many of the Dazz Band’s repertoire. “Let Itall Blow” was used by the National Football League (NFL) in it’s introbefore the NFL league games aired. It was also used as WKRP Channel 9Cincinnati News Sports Show theme song.

After 11 years with Dazz Band, Keith retired from touring,formed his own recording and production studio and began writing and producingfor promotional commercials and advertising. The majority of the musicalbackground heard on WHIO-TV (CBS) used for promotional commercials, news,weather and sports was written and performed by Keith. From 1980 through 1986Keith wrote and performed the music for the syndicated one hour special, “The Dayton Air Show.” This show was seen in over 220 markets across America and wasdistributed by Telerep of New York.

The Broadcast Music Association (BMI) lists Keith ashaving over seventy-five personally written open musical selections on themarket. Humor, dedication andperseverance has successfully lead Keith to this plateau in his career.

It is stated that music is the universal language of theworld. Keith has shared his knowledge and experiences in music by developing aMusic Using Technology course that is used on the high school and secondaryschool level to enhance the lives of students learning computer music techinformation and for those seeking careers in the music industry. Keith receivedseveral awards as a musician and has many affiliations.
