My name is Lakeisha Neal, everyone calls me, "Keisha." I was born and raised in North Carolina, I have lived in Mebane, NC all of my life. I briefly moved to Burlington and Reidsville, NC but Mebane is my home. I am married and have two sons. Many refer to me as the "Cook" in the family. I love cooking, entertaining, shopping, traveling, and singing. I direct the Youth and Young Adult Choir at my church.

I work as a consultant for a company called Environment Rating Scales Institute (ERSI). My exeprience with ERSI has allowed me to train on the popular tools used in early childhood settings, family childcare homes, and after school programs; while working under the leadership of two of the lead authors. I have traveled all over the United States and to Canada and Germany training on the Environment Rating Scales (ECERS-R, ITERS-R, FCCERS-R, and SACERS). My experiences with ERSI also include detailed report writing and summary report training.
