Thinker, carer, doer. Insatiably curious, forever learning.

I'm a kind people person who is passionate about building thriving teams in tech. I'm driven by my deep care for people and our planet, and I try to bring thoughtful, empathetic communication and analytical thinking into everything I do. Customer success and technical support have been the primary focus of my career, growing to team management for the past three years. I adore my team at Bandcamp and feel humbled to work with them everyday.

Climate change and sustainability are always on my mind and I'm seeking a career move to contribute to fighting it in my small way. I'm currently enrolled in Terra.do Climate School, which has been eye-opening, sobering, and inspiring. My next step will be to bring my skills into the field of green technology.

A little more about me: I'm a Canadian who immigrated to the US and misses the golden Alberta prairies everyday (especially these days). My shelves are full of books about sustainable architecture, urban planning, and a little bit of poetry. After a six year hiatus and one reconstructive knee surgery, I am dancing again. My knees do not approve, but my heart does. My chunky cat Toad's favourite place to sit is on me, or on my keyboard. He is personally responsible for a non-trivial portion of my typos.
