I started my company, Lion Shield Protection, because I wanted to raise the standard in the security industry — to build a team that people can truly count on. I’ve got a background in Criminal Justice and Organizational Leadership from Mountain State University, but most of what I’ve learned comes from being hands-on and leading by example.

Outside of work, I’m big on fitness, boating, wakeboarding, and sports — they keep me grounded and competitive. I also try to give back whenever I can. Supporting cancer-related charities like St. Jude, CHOC Hospital, and the Jimmy Fund means a lot to me. At the end of the day, I just want to make an impact — in business, in the community, and in people’s lives.
