They don’t use hard sales techniques. Unfortunately, a great deal of real estate training focuses on sales scripts, overcoming resistance, and emotional manipulation. Before I became a Realtor©, I didn’t like spam, unsolicited sales calls or ‘arm twisting’ – and I still don’t.

I’m a veteran (US Army). I earned my Business Degree at the University of Texas at Arlington. And I’m a full-time Realtor licensed by the State of Texas. But to my clients I’m a professional focused on their real estate transaction.
