Hi, My name is Keith. I was born in Georgetown, Guyana. My family moved to a small bauxite mining town called Linden when I was very young.

From a tender age I had become interested in writing things; I remember the first song I wrote, 'The Dream' when I was about 8 years old. I can also remember my mother telling me that it was 'good' after I'd sung it to her. I have since written poems, short stories and plays and much later political and social commentaries. Some of my plays were staged and I won a prize of excellence for one of my short stories at the Guyana Festival of Arts.

I have developed a tremendous amount of curiosity for things of the world; people, places, cultures and as a result, I have traveled to several continents during and after university where I studied Journalism.

At present I live and work in China. I have been living here for the past eleven years.

I can't think of anything else I want to share about myself at the moment. However, I am sure there is a lot more so from time to time, as I feel the need to open up, I will be returning to this page to fill you in.
