Keith Allison

Keith is a native East Tennessean and has resided in Knoxville, Tennessee for most of his life. He believes there are few areas that offer the diversity of beauty and climate found in East Tennessee! After graduating from Carson-Newman College in 1973, he attended the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry and then to West Virginia University Medical Center, ultimately becoming a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Retiring from practice led to the establishment of Hilldridge Farm where a variety of exotic animals made their homes over many years. Keith's interest in real estate, coupled with his knowledge of the East Tennessee area, led to the pursuit of his real estate license and the desire to provide a service to those buying and selling homes in Knoxville and surrounding areas. "Knoxville covers a broad area...with 4 major lakes and the Smoky Mountains within a half hour, we have one of the most desirable areas to live in the nation!" Keith has vigorously pursued expanded educational opportunities to improve his service to his clients. He now possesses his broker's license and has earned many designations to include: GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosures Resource), CSP (Certified Short-Sale Professional), e-PRO, SRS (Seller's Representative Specialist) and TRC (Transnational Referral Certification.)
