Proven business executive with over 25 years in the US, Europe, Middle East and South America.

My field of expertise is walking mid-sized companies through the process of scaling-up and expanding without growing out of control. This is a process of exponential proportions, and is survivable when properly managed.

Many of my clients come to me with spreadsheets running their business, and management-level executives wasting precious time micromanaging. I help them manage their expectations, which in turn, prepares them for what lies ahead as the business expands. My services enable them to complete things faster, smarter, and easier – freeing up a day of their time or more per month in doing so.

I have extensive experience in CRM systems and have been named an IBM Champion for four consecutive years and Redbooks Thought Leader. I am a technology evangelist and specialize in corporate sales, technical and business training.

Among my clients are both Fortune 100 companies and small to mid sized ones.

I frequently present at worldwide conferences on topics such as social media adoption, collaboration, silos vs. solutions and competitive sales. Recent sessions have been at SugarCon (SugarCRM), SUTOL, IBM Connect, IBM Impact, and the Social Connections events.
