My name is Keith and I have the privilege to work with a “hand selected” group of amazing people who see massive results in a short time. Just simple and easy to follow steps that take less time and give you more energy to do the things that you want.
Since 1996 I’ve been applying what I’ve learned and found through studying the principles of how the human body moves naturally - aka functional biomechanics, the brain, nervous system, and its multitude of systems, metabolic health & nutrition, strength & conditioning, fitness, the internal movement arts, tai chi, and a very simple but profound understanding of how the mind works that’s based around 3 basic principles.
I’ve also been very fortunate to learn and be mentored by some of the best personal trainers, strength and conditioning coaches, physical therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, tai chi and martial arts masters, nutritional scientists, and many other top-notch professionals.
