I am a visual artist and art educator. I work with sculpture, video, painting and installation. I am a certified secondary school teacher with a focus on urban multicultural education and visual art pedagogy. I'm interested in self-publishing, book arts, artistic research, queer and feminist theory, social justice and radical pedagogy. I have earned an MFA in Fine Art at SVA, a MEd in visual art education from DePaul University and a BFA in studio art from the University of Denver.
