Keith is the Clerk to Mr Justice Moylan who sits in the Family Division. He is currently looking for pupillage in the English and Welsh jurisdiction.

Before clerking in the High Court with the Justices, Keith was a Legal Consultant specialising in Immigration & Asylum, Public Law and Criminal Law. His expertise includes Private and Business Immigration ranging from EEA Applications and Detention to Human Rights and Judicial Review.

Keith is also the Managing Director of the Sifu Group Limited which has GRail Travel.

GRail Travel is a Rail Tourism and Agency site dedicated to booking international railway train tickets as well as National Rail Tickets for those visiting the United Kingdom.

Keith is also an International Railway Operations Specialist previously working for South West Trains as a part of the Clapham Junction Management Team and Docklands Light Railway as a part of the London 2012 Station Management Team. Internationally he has worked with MTR Corporation, Russian Railways and China Railway Corporation with Rail Operations projects.

Keith is a very keen traveller and has gone to places including North Korea and Chernobyl to expand his knowledge of the world. He writes a monthly article on North Korea as an expert on the Korean Peninsula and what the future holds for both Koreas.
