I work with C-Suite executives, senior managers and top talent to increase their effectiveness.

I've held executive positions in large corporates and run my own entrepreneurial businesses. I've had great successes and a few spectacular failures (from which I learnt a lot more than from the successes!). As a senior management consultant I've advised executives in a number of industries. And I've been involved in a lot of process improvement projects.

Nonetheless, solving challenges is a collaborative journey so while I can relate to what most executives face, my job's not to tell you what I've done. Rather, we'll jointly find those few critical changes that will have the largest and most sustainable impact.

Unlike most coaches, my colleagues and I have a range intellectual property and tools to assist you deal with many challenges in a structured way, and which you can take into your environment. These tools are introduced when appropriate to augment one-to-one coaching.
