Keith Todoroff, owner of Sarasota Architecture in Sarasota, Florida born in the year of 1960 on June 15. Keith Todoroff is a licensed architect (AR92053) in the states including Florida, California, Michigan, Indiana and Texas.

Private provider plan review and building inspections and has expertise to arrest peculiar Operations and Management, extensive technical knowledge in building code interpretations, zoning ordinances, site planning, planning commissions and operations.

Sarasota Architecture owned by Chief Architect Keith Todoroff has found a unique niche in providing Private Provider Inspections. According to Keith, “After working with Clients who were very frustrated with the building process and the understaffed building departments, I decided to become a Private Provider Inspector”.

Keith Todoroff a licensed Architect, and a licensed contractor, Keith has the knowledge and license to perform building inspections which many project developers have embraced. Keith Todoroff has a Masters in Architecture from the University of Michigan, 1985.

He is also member of AIA Florida, Building Officials Association of Florida and director of Architecture at John Cannon Homes (1995-1997). For his passion towards his works he was awarded the Design Excellence Award from the Home Building Association

Sarasota, Florida resident, Keith Todoroff who earned his Eagle Scout badge in 1972 celebrates the newest Eagle Scout to the Family, his youngest son, Graham Todoroff. “I am so proud that both of my sons have become Eagle Scouts”. Keith’s oldest son, Lane Todoroff earned his Eagle Scout award in 2015.
