Keith Whitaker

Keith Whitaker is a nurse based in Cincinnati, Ohio and a former Cincinnati Bengals Equipment Assistant (2015–2022), continuing to stay connected to team operations and the organization.

His opportunity began through former Bengals defensive end Carlos Dunlap, which led to hands-on experience working behind the scenes in a professional football environment.

During his time with the Cincinnati Bengals, Keith supported day-to-day team operations including field setup, practice preparation, equipment management, locker room organization, and the execution of drills and workouts. He worked closely with players and coaching staff to ensure everything ran efficiently so the focus could remain on performance.

The role required strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Through this experience, he developed a deep understanding of preparation, accountability, and teamwork at the professional level.

Today, Keith applies those same principles as a full-time nurse, carrying over the discipline, urgency, and consistency developed during his time in professional football.
