Keivin Kilgore

I am an employee and labor relations leader based in Orlando, Florida, with a career focused on helping organizations and people navigate complex workplace issues with clarity, fairness, and respect. My work sits at the intersection of people, policy, and business, where strong communication and trust are essential.

I began my professional journey in community organizing, which shaped how I lead to this day. Listening first, understanding different perspectives, and working toward practical solutions have always guided my approach. From there, I moved into human resources and labor relations, holding leadership roles across healthcare systems, global corporations, and large, highly regulated organizations.

Today, I serve as Senior Principal for Employee and Labor Relations at L3Harris, where I support global labor relations strategy, negotiations, and employee relations initiatives. My role requires balancing business needs with the realities employees face every day.

My education includes a liberal arts foundation, an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, and ongoing legal studies focused on business and employment law. I also hold senior professional certifications in human resources.
