Kelby Bice is a first year undergraduate student at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. He has gained valuable customer service experience through his previous employers, Wayland Baptist University and McDonald Trading Post, Inc. There he practiced interacting with a diverse group of people. He has experience dealing with cutomers in a patient, polite manner and meeting their needs in timely fasion.
