Kelechi Uzoma

Kelechi Uzoma Nwafor comes from the proud community of Igwuruta, a significant part of the ancient Ikwerre Kingdom in Rivers State, known for its strong cultural roots and the respected Nwafor family legacy.

In 2010, Mr. Kelechi graduated with an Ordinary National Diploma in Accounting from Akwa Ibom Polytechnic. He furthered his education by earning a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration in 2013. Despite encountering obstacles along the way, Kelechi's perseverance and determination remained unwavering.

In 2009, Mr. Kelechi embarked on his journey as a real estate agent with a dream on the horizon. Despite the technological limitations of the time, such as the rudimentary state of the internet, he utilized manual methods like blackboards to advertise properties. Undeterred by the challenges, Kelechi remained focused on the promise of a brighter future. He pursued further education at Covenant Polytechnic to enhance his skills, culminating in the attainment of a certification in Estate Management in 2015.

In 2015, Mr. Kelechi began the pioneering journey of Kelsuzoma and Associates - a real estate development company duly registered with both the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in 2023 and the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) in 2024. Over time, Mr. Kelechi has evolved into a principled and integrity-driven individual, full of compassion and loving kindness. He is known for his unwavering commitment to his word and his dedication to excellence, qualities that distinguish him as a remarkable individual.

To complement these significant strides, Mr. Kelechi Uzoma Nwafor tied the knot with Mrs. Amarachi Uzoma in 2018. Their union has been blessed with two adorable children, Jade and Jasmine. The name "Jade" not only represents their daughter but also serves as the inspiration behind Jade's Court.

In less than a year, Kelsuzoma and Associates have successfully launched over five thriving estates, reaching their peak in sales. Among the newcomers, Serenity Valley and Gold Park Estate stand out. Alongside them, Summer View Estate, Brooklyn City, Gracewood Residence, Prime Court Gardens, and Jade's Court have all flourished, guided by the grace and mercy of God. This journey is only the beginning.
