Keli Yonkers (Bandoske)
Grand Rapids, Michigan
Keli first earned her real estate license back in 1988, following a job working alongside a real estate attorney as a title company closer. This position would ultimately lead her into a full-time real estate career. However, she didn’t launch her career until she moved to the East side of Michigan in 1992, and then dove head first into the industry. She became Director for the Board of Realtors and also sat on the MLS and Grievance Committees. Keli’s belief that Realtors should be held to a high standard has defined her career.
Keli earned her Broker’s license in 1997 and and from that point on, great success and crowning achievements were hers. She was a Relocation Director for Century 21, and through that became one of a few local Realtors to be approved as a Relocation Agent for Ford Motor Company and Prudential Relocation. Looking to always grow and improve, in 1999 she took on a position of Training and Recruiting for Coldwell Banker and within the first year she had 12 new agents training and working with her. Keli was also named the 1999 Dearborn Board of Realtors, Realtor of the Year.
In 2012, Keli relocated to Grand Rapids with her husband, who is from the area. She worked with the Ireland Group of Grand Rapids Realty until recently when she decided to once again further her career and start her own company, Yonkers Realty LLC.
Keli loves helping buyers find their dream homes. First time home buyers tend to be her favorite! Her past clients say that she is patient, helpful and extremely dedicated to delivering top-notch customer service. Keli’s passion for real estate is fueled by the happiness of her clients.
Keli grew up in Crystal Lake, Illinois—a Northwest suburb of Chicago and was transferred to the Detroit area by Ford Motor Co. with her family. Keli has two awesome kids who she tries to see whenever she can. Her oldest lives in downtown Chicago and her youngest just graduated from Ball State University in Muncie, IN. During the summer, if there is any down time, you can usually find Keli and her family at the Silver Lake Sand Dunes enjoying the sun, sand and water.
