Kellen Fraile is a mechanical engineering student and student-athlete at Washington University in St. Louis, where he plays safety for the WashU Bears football team. A member of the Class of 2027, Kellen Fraile is pursuing his degree in mechanical engineering while competing at the collegiate level in one of the nation's top academic programs.
Originally from Edmond, Oklahoma, Kellen Fraile attended Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School, where he was a four-year letterman and team captain in football. He finished his high school career with 215 tackles, 6 interceptions, and 5 forced fumbles, earning All-District Defensive Player of the Year honors. He was also named to the President's Honor Roll and played baseball as a first baseman.
At WashU, Kellen Fraile has been a consistent contributor on defense since his freshman season. In 2025, he recorded 28 total tackles, 2.0 tackles for loss, 1.0 sacks, and 2 pass breakups across 10 games. He was named CCIW Academic All-Conference in 2024, reflecting his commitment to excellence both on the field and in the classroom.
